Relax to the sound of running water in this charming waterfront log cabin located on the banks of the South Fork River. Unwind as you soak in the warm, bubbling water, massaging hot tub, which overlooks the river, and rejuvenate in the rustic mini log cabin cedar sauna. Enjoy fishing and swimming in this picturesque private setting. Yummy u-pick raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries are available seasonally in the nearby area. Make your way to South Bend, Washington, the ‘oyster capital of the world.’ Revisit history in Raymond at the NW Carriage Museum and Seaport Museum and in the summer shop at our local farmers’ market. Less than 30 miles to the Pacific Ocean, where you can stroll beaches, watch sunsets, collect sand dollars and find lots of delicious clams. Then on to Westport, where you can catch the 'big one' on a deep sea fishing excursion. Across the river is our South Fork River Ridge House, sleeping for up to 8, river access, another hot tub, a giant outdoor chess set, and fun trails to explore. A small river provides a simple, satisfying ambiance to the outdoor areas of the property. The value offered with the amenities present is almost unmatched. "If you want a warm inviting environment with ALL the right amenities, this is your place. We entered our cabin to lit candles and soft twinkling lights on staircase and in great room. Our host supplied many coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot cider drink options AND even had all the ingredients for S’Mores (3 Hershey Bars, box of graham crackers, and huge bag of marshmallows) AND you could roast your S’Mores in the inside fireplace or outdoor fire pit. You could look forever and never find another jewel like this cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated and modern and the owners are warm, caring people. Don’t forget the hot tub too! As you can tell, my husband and I ❤️ This property and plan on visiting it again!"

"We loved our stay at Heather's cabin. The cabin is located on the banks of a gentle river, perfect for wading or floating. The property is huge, with a massive field, a sauna, a big barn, probably used for events and an out building stocked with all kinds of games. The wrap-around deck features a wonderful hot-tub and a row of inner tubes, a canoe and a paddle board. Inside the house is filled with all kinds of lovely touches, including candles, fixings for S'mores, a cool tin bathtub, and comfortable beds. It's serene and charming. We were content to just hang out there one day and on another day made the trek to Long Beach (a little over an hour away) where our two pups wore themselves out on the beach. Heather was a breeze to communicate with and was always pleasant. We very much hope to book a return visit and highly recommend this place."
